Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!  We offer returns within 14 days including weekends and bank holidays of purchase.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method excluding postage.  

PLEASE NOTE: that you need to EITHER:

A): Simply return the goods you wish to cancel within 14 days (starting the day after you receive the order) along with a letter, and this will serve to notify us of your intent to return and get the goods back to us at the same time.

B): Notify us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days (starting the day after you receive the order) by email or telephone, and then return the goods within 14 days of the date of notifying us (at your expense).

All returns for unwanted goods are at your expense plus we charge a £10 admin fee, and the goods must still be in ‘new’ condition, with no sign of any use/ wear/ dirt/ hair etc. If you had any free gifts with the items you are returning, please ensure you return them as well. Please ensure your return is properly packed up to protect the goods you are returning, for example using a box, brown paper, plastic or any other form of packaging you see fit to cover and adequately protect the product. Once packed, please write the address clearly on the outside of the parcel. Please do not stick labels or tape of any kind directly to the product box/ packaging, as we may not be able to accept your return if the product packaging has been damaged or defaced in any way. 

All goods remain your responsibility until they are safely restored to us in acceptable condition, as such we always recommend you use an insured and trackable method of return for your peace of mind. 

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot refund if you open the seal on goods which would make the item not suitable for return because of health & hygiene reasons.

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

The customer is responsible for any shipping fees to return the item.

There is a charge of £10 for the return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.
